BROOKS – Henry Thompson has been working on machinery for as long as he can remember. As a boy he worked side by side with his father helping him with repair projects and in 1989 Thompson opened his own garage in Clinton. In 1997 he moved his business to the Valley Road in Brooks. According to Thompson, “I fix cars, that’s what I do and that’s what I like to do. I’ve always enjoyed working on cars and I really try to make everybody happy. Sometimes people can’t really afford to get their cars fixed and I try to do the best I can for them. Over the years his wife Tammy has helped out in the office and ordering parts.
